Task: Create an Asana Basics training for our new internal initiative. The training will focus on quickly getting started in Asana and the guidelines/guardrails for using Asana at IPG Mediabrands.

I have been using Articulate Rise for over 5 years. In my time of using the tool, more often than not a project would come up requiring my assistance. Rise is a great tool to provide quick courses with tight deadlines. With this tool, I was able to turn around a quick basics training in a matter of days for our C-level stakeholders.
I was responsible for overseeing every aspect of the course, from creating and refining the written content to designing the overall structure and ensuring that the assessments were aligned with the learning objectives. This involved collaborating with SME's (subject matter experts), applying instructional design principles, and continuously evaluating the course's effectiveness to make necessary improvements. My role ensured that each component worked cohesively to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for participants.
In addition to leading the course, I took the initiative to have our team provide regular progress updates and project management insights to all teams involved. We developed an effective presentation and created marketing materials that showcased the course, highlighting its value and impact. This effort ensured clear communication and promoted the course across the organization.
